Our Campaign Services & Advisory Integrations department handles the CRM Marketing Suite for all touchpoints and advisory services like appointment and insurance advisory systems. We are also responsible for projects spanning the entire Core Services Division of Erste Digital and beyond, such as managing a strategic migration project.

What to do:

1. Be responsible for delivering complex cross-divisional technical projects/initiatives of Erste Digital & bank units.
2. Coordinate tasks and ensure local delivery plans align with enterprise strategy.
3. Manage project scope and handle scope change requests.
4. Oversee the project schedule and monitor progress.
5. Define and implement corrective actions based on project status.
6. Establish effective communication and stakeholder relationships.
7. Lead the team and resolve conflicts.
8. Manage budgets and resources.
9. Generate project reports.
10. Manage relationships with third-party providers and stakeholders according to rules.
11. Capable of managing both agile and waterfall IT projects with change management.
