About the Role

The General Manager – ODK is responsible for leading ODK business operations across commercial and retail sectors. There will be a focus on enhancing customer/retailer experience, fostering team development, developing financial and operational efficiencies, and leading innovation across the business function.

Operational Leader: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage and be responsible for P&L, provide hands-on support for our retail partners, lead and support the ODK team, driving high performance.

Grow Revenue: Work collaboratively to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within retail stores and the commercial channels.

Elevate the Brand: By working closely with Product and R+D teams to design or adapt product offerings based on business strategy or customer/retailer needs, and plan and execute initiatives that drive positive outcomes for the ODK brand (including promotions, communications, and website updates) with the Marketing and Social Media teams.

About You!

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant leadership experience in retail operations/consumer products/business development.
  • Deep knowledge of retail sales operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused with a background in operations, sales, and customer experience.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in translating strategic direction into action plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
