The Customer Transformation Team is a program of work that has been established to transform the way the Customer business operates. This is a very exciting 2-year max term contract opportunity, as part of the Customer business, the purpose of the Senior Change Manager – Future Operating Model, is to drive the successful design, delivery and embedding of a new operating model. The role leads strategic change initiatives, builds leader and team readiness, and embeds future-focused capabilities and behaviours to support a more agile, innovative, and customer-centric organisation.
