Marketing Manager - Campaigns and Branding

Australian Pork Limited (APL) is the peak body of the Australian pork industry. Through integrated services including impactful research, effective marketing, and proactive policy, the producer-owned body works to enable a thriving Australian pork industry. Connecting with a range of audiences, from pig farmers to pork consumers, APL is constantly pursuing opportunities to sustainably grow, protect, and increase consumption of Australian pork.

Explore the Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Campaigns and Branding team. Your role will involve managing and executing the Australian Pork consumer brand across the domestic fresh pork market.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining strong relationships with key agency partners across creative, media, and social platforms.
  2. Translating marketing strategies into creative and media executions, managing the end-to-end process from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
  3. Collaborating with the Communications and Insights & Category teams on campaign development, amplification, and delivery across strategic programs.
  4. Planning the seasonal marketing calendar and supporting the Head of Campaigns and Branding with marketing strategy development.
  5. Driving engagement for Australian Pork campaigns among internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Managing communication of campaign updates to retail and supply chain stakeholders in partnership with the Category team.
  7. Modeling APL values: One Team | Driving Results | Curious | Future-Focused.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Budget and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results orientation with excellent prioritization and deadline management.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for branding.

Location and Hours

This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office, with hybrid work options available.
