About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing management role where no two days are the same. You’ll lead daily office operations, manage inventory, liaise with internal departments—including Finance and Management—and most importantly, guide customers through buying & selling their precious metals.
While industry experience is not required, a strong retail management background, sharp maths skills, and a proactive mindset are key. We provide extensive in-house training to help you build expertise in precious metals—a skills set that will serve you for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail office, ensuring smooth, efficient running.
- Consult with customers and provide trusted guidance on buying and selling precious metals.
- Perform fast, accurate manual calculations with precision and confidence.
- Manage stock, inventory processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders including Finance and Senior Management.
- Mentor and manage a small, customer-focused team.

What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience managing staff and overseeing retail shop operations.
- Strong numeracy and maths skills—manual and calculator-based.
- Touch-typing and basic computer competency.
- Strong sales and customer service instincts—genuine passion for helping customers.
- Ability to think quickly, problem solve, and work proactively at pace.
- A forward-thinking mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must hold a current driver’s license and have access to your own reliable transport.
- A valid police clearance is required prior to commencement.
