FERCAM Austria – a successful transport organisation with over 200 employees, specialising in full truck loads across Europe, is looking to expand its team. Join us to actively shape the future of FERCAM Austria and develop your own department.

We are hiring for the position of Transport Manager in our modern open-space offices.

Tasks

Responsibilities include:

• Organising and controlling daily transport operations on your route, resolving any issues that arise, and managing relationships with international partners while controlling costs and profitability.
• Negotiating with existing transport partners and acquiring new ones through business trips across Europe, strengthening these relationships.
• Supporting your team and collaborating regularly with your department to accomplish tasks efficiently.

• Competitive earning potential: starting from €2,250 gross without experience, with profit sharing after training; average salary in 2023 ranged from €48,200 to €72,700 gross/year, with experienced professionals earning at least €2,650 gross/month, and potential for immediate profit sharing. The top end for experienced Transport Managers can reach €95,800 gross/year.
