We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Trade Manager to join our women's fashion brand, taking full ownership of e-commerce performance — including promotional trading, on-site merchandising, and UX enhancements.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for executing the trading plan and managing all site operations — including site merchandising, promotions, CX improvement apps, AOV, and CVR initiatives. You will decide what sells, how it sells, and where it sells, ensuring products are placed in front of the right audience to maximize sell-through and revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver the weekly trading calendar based on commercial targets
- Optimize online product performance through strategic on-site enhancements
- Collaborate with planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time based on data insights
- Lead merchandising strategies — including category management, visual presentation, and upsell opportunities
- Use trading insights to guide bundle offers, upsells, and inventory strategies
- Partner with content teams to ensure products are presented effectively online
- Lead post-campaign reporting and own the weekly trade review
- Drive KPIs such as revenue, AOV, stock turn, and website accuracy
Success Metrics:
- Weekly trading actions that generate incremental sales
- Accurate and optimized product listings across all channels
- Timely, actionable insights presented to leadership
- Inventory efficiency and minimized markdowns
- Growth in AOV, CVR, and units per transaction
Who You Are
- 5+ years in retail buying, planning, or digital trading roles
- Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with spreadsheets and fluent in CRO
- Decisive, with a proven ability to move products effectively
- Experience trading across DTC sites
- Deep understanding of retail calendars and seasonal planning
- Loves data but acts upon it
- A collaborative team player — works well with planners, marketers, and product teams
- Capable of managing multiple priorities with calm urgency
