SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant – Focus on Employee Central

What You’ll Do

  • Advising clients on best practices in HR system architecture and process design
  • Leading end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central module
  • Conducting stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
  • Handling configuration, integration, and documentation of system features
  • Acting as a project lead or key contributor in both local and international rollouts
  • Supporting long-term success through post-implementation optimization and troubleshooting

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building future-ready HR systems from the ground up.

What You Bring

  • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, business, engineering), or equivalent practical experience in HR tech
  • 4+ years of experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects
  • A solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple project threads
  • Fluency in German and professional-level English
  • A willingness to travel when necessary to support client engagements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in digital HR transformation
