We import materials, stock them, process them into different forms, and sell them to customers around Australia and internationally. Our top-quality Performance metals are used in factories, bridges, buildings, sculptures, vehicles, ships, and more.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager - QLD.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong leadership skills (communication, team building, collaborative focus)
• Advanced management of tasks, resources, and people
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
• Strong communication with staff and customers
• Good understanding of Warehousing & Distribution IT systems and documentation
• Experience in receivals, despatch, and warehousing improvements
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Knowledge of care, maintenance, and handling of products
• Advanced OH&S knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Forklift and Order Picker Licenses
• Driver's License and own transport

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Operations Manager - QLD will:

• Provide excellent customer service to internal & external customers
• Report on receivals, storage, and despatch performance and statistics
• Review and improve branch processes and practices
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Report issues to COO and focus on solutions
• Manage, direct, and evaluate the operations team

This role is based at our Operations Warehouse in Archerfield, supporting market and territory development.
