About Hirschmann Automotive

In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team manages financial resources, legal aspects, control mechanisms, and risk assessments and mitigation. Our tasks include budget planning, compliance, internal audits, and risk management.

We are looking for dedicated professionals with expertise and problem-solving skills to strengthen our team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Business studies, accounting, treasury training, or relevant further education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with an interest in treasury and financial topics, understanding macroeconomic interrelationships
  • Ability to work independently, high commitment, proactive and goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, team-oriented and capable of dealing with internal and external contacts

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and professionalization of treasury processes, systems, standards, and reporting
  • Handling financing, hedging transactions, liquidity planning, and monitoring financial markets
  • Risk management related to currencies and interest rates, ensuring internal and external reporting
  • Advising and supporting domestic and international subsidiaries and communicating with banking partners
  • Coordinating funding topics, including identifying, coordinating, and submitting funding applications
  • Conducting training sessions and providing management with relevant controlling information and ad hoc reports
