POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Senior Structural Engineer

• $120K - $140K + super
• RPEQ or CPEng required
• 7+ years experience designing buildings in QLD market
• Combination of design, project management & BD
• Growing Brisbane team, young progressive leaders
• Team leader, Director, company ownership opportunities available

Associate Structural Engineer

• $140K - 175K + super
• CPEng required
• 10 years experience designing buildings in QLD market
• Strong project management skills
• Confident meeting clients & managing expectations
• Excellent concrete and steel framing exp
• Strong technical design and analysis fundamentals
• Citizenship required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

• A strong understanding of the Brisbane market
• Well-developed ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept skills
• Experience designing concrete towers is desirable
• Documentation, project management, design review skills
• Confidence on site / resolving RFI’s
• Experience building & maintaining client relationships
• Bid & tender, financial reporting, P&L exp highly beneficial
• Experience managing a small team
• Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and collaborate
• Passion, motivation and self-drive
