Your profile:

• Completed education in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management, including recruiting, preferably with active sourcing
• Passion for supporting and developing people
• Own-initiative, structured, and quality-oriented working style; resilient personality
• Good PC skills; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
• Professional command of German and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a team, high commitment, and willingness to learn
