Operational & Process Excellence CEE Cluster

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement group-wide standards, policies, processes, and internal controls for the cluster.
  • Act as the local procurement function in the cluster, aligned with corporate procurement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and corporate procurement.
  • Implement administration processes and operational excellence best practices in compliance with GEA and local legislation.
  • Manage 3rd Party Purchasing activities.
  • Consolidate the supplier base at the cluster level and conduct negotiations on price, terms, and conditions.
  • Handle leasing topics (e.g., company cars) within the CEE cluster.
  • Support legal entities in the cluster in identifying and implementing cost savings.
  • Optimize administration and operational processes in the cluster.
  • Coordinate key commercial activities with relevant stakeholders (e.g., negotiations).

Qualifications:

  • Degree in economics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of an Eastern European language (Bulgarian, Hungarian, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience with procurement tools (SAP or similar) and data analysis is desirable.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
