The Program Director, Construction and Safety is a strategic role that enables continuous improvement in construction management, quality, and safety across the HI Capital portfolio. The role is responsible for developing a systemised approach to improving quality and safety across the Capital Program and integrating the safety and quality services with HI’s Assurance Framework.
The successful applicant will possess deep expertise in construction management and safety across the construction sector, with a particular interest in driving excellence in quality throughout the design and construct phases of the infrastructure lifecycle.
This is a fixed-term contract role for two years. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is part of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
