Your job’s key responsibilities are:
Responsibility for the sales of the Goldright Enterprise Suite to B2B customers covering the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing and handover to the Customer Success Team
Representing Goldright at relevant trade fairs, conferences and networking events
Actively identifying, approaching and acquiring new customers
Building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Conducting presentations, complex negotiations, and management-level deals
Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
Supporting tenders and RfPs
Managing and optimizing your own pipeline in CRM
Sharing customer feedback and market insights with the product management team for continuous improvement
At least 3–5 years hands-on B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on software solutions
Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven success in acquiring new customers and closing complex deals
Basic understanding of data management concepts and ideally experience with master data management solutions
Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills at all levels
High level of initiative, self-motivation and the ability to work independently and set priorities
Strong focus on achieving goals and a strong “hunter” mentality
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Willingness to make occasional business trips to customers and industry events
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience working with CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive)
Ideally, you will have initial management experience or experience of employee onboarding (e.g. SDRs)

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 53,802 for this position.
