Compensation: $100–130K depending on experience

The Role

As our Head Strategist, you’ll lead the team responsible for crafting high-performing property investment strategies. You’ll work closely with the Directors, own the strategy framework, and ensure every client has a clear roadmap to hit $5M in property value.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Strategy: Build and oversee tailored investment strategies that help clients reach $5M in portfolio value

Team Leadership: Manage and develop our Strategy team to maintain high-performance and consistency

Performance Oversight: Track client outcomes and ensure strategic milestones are being hit across portfolios

Experience and Qualifications

Required

3+ years in property, finance, or investment strategy

Proven leadership or team management experience

Deep understanding of cash flow, equity, and growth modelling

Strong communication and consultative skills

Familiarity with buyers agency, lending, and real estate markets across Australia

Preferred

Experience at a buyers agency, property consultancy, or wealth advisory firm

Has personally built a property portfolio (or close to it)

Comfortable with CRMs, dashboards, and internal training systems

Performance-driven with a focus on ROI and long-term client outcomes

Someone that already has a property portfolio
