AI:AT is a joint project of
AIT and
Advanced Computing Austria . It brings together top-level expertise in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and data ecosystems, creating an interdisciplinary innovation environment for research, development, start-ups, and industrial projects.
AI:AT – the AI Factory Austria – provides access to cutting-edge AI infrastructure, promotes trustworthy AI and ethical standards, and serves as a hub for networking with national and European partners. The goal is to work with partners from industry and public institutions to develop and implement forward-looking AI technologies and viable AI solutions.
As part of the collaboration within the AI Factory Austria,
INiTS – Vienna’s High Tech Incubator will delegate experts to the AI Factory Austria. For location in
Vienna, we are seeking a:
AI:AT - AI Factory Austria
- Support the day-to-day operation and evolution of a dynamic co-working environment designed to foster collaboration, experimentation, and community building around artificial intelligence, deep tech, and digital innovation.
- Manage the daily logistics and operational excellence of co-working areas tailored to AI researchers, startups, and innovators.
- Facilitate a vibrant and inclusive community through regular AI-focused networking events, hackathons, and learning meetups.
- Serve as the primary contact for space users, providing onboarding, coordination, and responsive support.
- Collaborate with the innovation services team to design user engagement formats and feedback loops.
- Contribute to the physical and cultural shaping of the AI Factory’s Austria innovation spaces as a hub for applied AI.
Your Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Initial experience in community engagement, event organisation, or space management - ideally within tech ecosystem
- Enthusiasm for AI, entrepreneurship, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive, user-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- You should be eligible for working in Austria
