Accounting Assistant (m/w/d)

For the Austrian location in the south of Vienna (close to U6 station) we are looking for an Accounting Assistant (m/w/d) with a strong emphasis on accuracy!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in the preparation of VAT reports
• Support for controlling activities
• Prepare for Intrastat reporting
• Occasional accounting of invoices and receipts
• Perform general administrative tasks and organize office operations

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial education, ideally with further training in accounting
• First experience in accounting and interest in expanding this knowledge
• Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English as a working language, German is an additional asset
• Independent and precise working style, team player, and highly reliable

You can expect a market-compliant gross annual salary starting from EUR 50.000,--, which will be individually discussed with you based on your qualifications and experience.
