About the Role

We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our Queensland Business Development team. Based on the Gold Coast, this dynamic and relationship-focused role will support growth through new client acquisition and care delivery excellence.

You'll play a key part in:

Building referral networks and relationships with health professionals and hospitals

Attending networking events and promoting Lumia’s services across the region

Managing a caseload of Home Care Package (HCP) clients

Leading client onboarding and engagement under our Hospital in the Home (HITH) contracts

Ensuring exceptional assessment, care planning and compliance with aged care standards

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to transition into a non-clinical role while continuing to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

A Registered Nurse with 3+ years of post-graduate experience

Confident, friendly and empathetic with strong customer service skills

Highly organised and comfortable managing priorities autonomously

Passionate about aged care and innovation in community-based support

Holds a valid driver’s licence

Desirable (not essential):

Knowledge of aged care funding pathways (e.g. HCP, CHSP)

Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

Experience in case management or business development
