About the job

As a Sales Digital Campaign Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate. As a member of the Sales Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm, identify and qualify their needs, and propose suitable solutions, guiding them along the most appropriate sales path.

You will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. The role involves interacting with customers primarily via outbound calls in a phone-based environment.

Requirements

  • Native level of German with fluent English.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable in goal-driven environments and achieving targets with the team.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong business acumen to evaluate multiple business models.
  • Customer-focused with a focus on providing excellent customer experience.
