We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Browns Plains team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals ready to take the next step in their career within the luxury jewellery and watch industry. While a minimum of three years’ experience in luxury retail or jewellery is preferred, it is not essential — we value strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow. The Role
As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Driving sales performance to consistently meet and exceed targets
Delivering an exceptional customer service experience
Managing expenses to support business profitability
Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives
Coaching and managing team performance to build capability
Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and store presentation
Overseeing operational efficiency and compliance
Maintaining outstanding product knowledge and sharing expertise with your team
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team aligned with company values
A commitment to delivering consistently high standards of customer service
A track record of achieving and surpassing sales and KPI targets
Strong financial acumen, with a focus on expense control and P&L accountability
Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability and growth
A keen eye for visual merchandising and maintaining a premium store presentation
Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
A proactive approach to personal development and ongoing product knowledge
