Offer Description
Your Responsibilities
- Research in the fields of flavour chemistry (analysis of volatile and aroma-active compounds in foods) and sensory science
- (Co-)Supervision of lectures and lab courses in analytical chemistry for bachelor- and masterstudents. Co-Supervision of bachelor- and master theses
- Writing of a PhD thesis
- Working on scientific publications
- Maintenance of the sensory laboratory
- Maintenance of analytical instruments in the field of food chemistry
- Maintenance of existing databases

- Master degree in Chemistry, Technical Chemistry, Biotechnology or compareable studies.

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Very good knowledge of analytical chemistry and food chemistry.
Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, high degree of initiative, very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German.
