Managing Director

with strong commercial acumen strategic foresight and a passion for branding.

Your Responsibilities

• Full strategic and operational leadership of the HANRO business
• Development and execution of the global brand and sales strategy
• Lead and inspire a highly skilled multicultural team
• Oversee and optimize all key business functions (Production Finance Sales Marketing)
• Ensure product and service excellence across the entire value chain
• Drive innovation sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Group Board on strategic direction and long-term positioning
• Represent the HANRO brand both internally and externally with authenticity and confidence

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration Textile Management or related field
• Proven leadership experience within an international premium brand ideally in textiles or consumer goods
• Strong track record in brand development and business expansion
• Strategic thinker with a refined understanding of brand aesthetics and market dynamics
• Exceptional communication leadership and intercultural skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with decisiveness and accountability
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
