Sales Applications Project Manager – Red Bull
Join the Global Sales Projects team expanding to support IT Sales projects and initiatives. This role supports projects across Global Off-Premise, On-Premise, and Category teams, enabling smarter decision‑making and improved tools and processes for worldwide sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Project Management – Drive and support international projects within the Sales Applications Team. Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners. Ensure alignment across stakeholders (IT, Sales, Data…); develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in HQ IT, HQ Sales department and local subsidiaries.
- Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis – Partner with IT and Sales teams to understand business processes, gather and challenge requirements and translate them into technical concepts for sales‑related applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create solutions based on best‑in‑class technologies that fit the purpose. Perform analysis on sales processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Innovation & New Initiatives Support – Identify and support innovative approaches to improve sales tools and processes. Collaborate with the innovation team to explore new technologies and opportunities. Lead pilot projects and proof‑of‑concept initiatives to test and validate new ideas.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years relevant experience in IT, sales, business analysis and project management. Hands‑on experience in sales and IT processes and business applications is a plus.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; German is an advantage.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successfully delivering and rolling out business applications (including E2E solutions).
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to navigate complex processes and proactively address risks.
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SAP systems like S/4, CRM and MDG is considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute with fresh ideas.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
