Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Enhancing our team as a specialist in all legal issues with a focus on IP/IT law, corporate law, data protection law, compliance, and/or employment law.

  3. Supporting our sales and people team with legal issues such as the creation of customer contracts and labor law topics.
  4. Developing guidelines, concepts, processes, principles, and agreements, and offering legal support in M&A processes.
  5. Participating in the development and implementation of strategic contract management.
  6. Conducting in-house training courses on legal topics and being the contact person for colleagues from other departments for legal questions.

The following will make you succeed in this role:

  1. A completed legal degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or in a law firm.
  2. Experience in reviewing and developing contracts, preferably in the field of IP/IT law.
  3. Experience in prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment.
  4. Experience with due diligence obligations in supply chains as well as drafting and aligning of guidelines and policies.
  5. Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluency in both German and English is a must.
  6. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to familiarize yourself well with technical issues.
