To join our fast-growing team, we are looking for an experienced Head of Global Sales for the segment “Government Business” preferably in Western Europe.

Responsibilities

  1. Build up and execute a global sales strategy targeting government, defence, and public safety markets.
  2. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients for the sector, including Navy, shipyards, integrators and USV-manufacturers.
  3. Identify, pursue, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals with government agencies, ministries, coast guards, navies, and multilateral organizations.
  4. Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement leaders, and partners in the defence and security ecosystems.
  5. Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure alignment of solutions with customer needs and regulatory frameworks.
  6. Represent SEA.AI at industry events, defence expos, and government briefings.
  7. Oversee proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and contract negotiations in compliance with relevant procurement laws.
  8. Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly reporting to the executive team.

Your Profile and Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in international sales, with a significant portion focused on government or defence customers.
  2. Proven track record of leading and closing high-value deals in complex government environments.
  3. Deep understanding of public procurement processes, defence acquisition cycles, and regulatory considerations.
  4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills; experience building and scaling global teams.
  5. Strong network in the maritime, aerospace, defence, or homeland security sectors is a plus.
  6. Ability to travel internationally as needed (30–50% travel expected).
  7. Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or military background is a plus.
  8. Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic) are an asset.
