Account Manager - Water Treatment

My client is a leader in water treatment technologies covering boiler water, cooling water and trade waste applications, chemicals and equipment.
Right now they are looking to appoint an energetic and solutions focussed account manager to service and grow their existing client base.
Key Responsibilities Include:
The design and ongoing management of chemical treatment programs and equipment on customer sites.
Customer proposals and increasing share of wallet on existing sites.
Troubleshooting program and equipment performance.
Routine Site Service.
Undertaking regular client reviews and commercial contract negotiations.
Managing the activities of field service staff on allocated sites.
You will also be expected to undertake site service when field service staff are not available or to resolve more complex site issues.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the water treatment industry and preferably across all three disciplines. The company prides itself on being service and technology lead and ongoing training and support is provided by the highly engaged owners.
Experience making technical and commercial presentations and superior communication skills are considered essential.
