Due to our continuous development, we are looking for a Leitung Verkaufsservice (m/w/d) at our sales branch in Brunn am Gebirge. As a dedicated inside sales team member, you will drive the successful expansion of our sales territory in Eastern Austria (Vienna, NÖ, Burgenland).

WAS DU BEWIRKST:

• Supporting branch management in achieving specific sales, revenue, cost, and profit targets
• Ensuring smooth business operations in the sales branch
• Leading inside sales staff, including deployment, coaching, and further training
• Planning and executing regional events, trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities
• Maintaining telephone availability and a positive image of the sales branch
• Supporting field sales in customer care and order-related processes, including meetings with sales consultants either at the branch or directly with customers
• Coordinating daily tasks of the service team, supporting service process execution in the branch
• Handling SAP checklists, creating reports, conducting inventories, and year-end closing activities

DAS BIST DU:

• Solid technical (heating, electrical, combustion, or control technology) and commercial training
• Sales-specific and business management knowledge
• Confident, positive demeanor, with assertiveness and decision-making skills
• Organizational talent, planned work approach, analytical thinking
• High team competence, enjoyment in dealing with customers and colleagues
• Good SAP skills, preferably Hana 4
