Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Job description:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in managing civil projects. You should be passionate about cost optimizing civil solutions and capable of managing suppliers during engineering and execution phases. Your wealthy experience and coordination skills will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Your tasks

• Develop the civil solutions according to the project requirement and estimate costs during the sales phase.
• Clarify, discuss and present the technical solution towards the team and the customer across all project stages.
• Create request for quotations (RFQs) for civil related packages, find the right civil contractor partners and negotiate together with the procurement the contracts.
• Manage civil design solutions over the total project lifetime.
• Align modifications with the internal experts and external partners and suppliers.
• Inspect executed civil works and be responsible for change management.

Your Profile

• Degree in civil engineering.
• Experience in civil project management (Knowledge about technical building equipment like HVAC, fire protection systems, lighting, etc. is a plus).
• Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies about technical design requirements is expected.
• Experience supervising construction.
• Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.
• Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act proactively.
• Ability to communicate, cooperate, and interact comfortably across cultures.
• Future-oriented thinking and interest in continuous development.
• Ability to work well within a team and foster collaboration.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.407,20 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer you a market-based salary.
