Responsibilities

  1. Management of the entire sales process from the initial request through to the final destination.
  2. Liaising with internal (e.g., crew planning, flight dispatch) and external partners (e.g., brokers, handling agents, catering companies) to meet client needs and wishes.
  3. Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to clients and partners promptly, including delays, weather updates, and scheduling changes.
  4. Growing both B2B and B2C customer bases.
  5. Developing additional sales on experiences with our network of partners (yachts, private villas, hotels, etc.).
  6. Expanding client CRM by acquiring detailed knowledge of client specifics.
  7. Proactively monitoring flight status and resolving issues as they occur.
  8. Organizing all catering and additional client requests (ground transportation, transfers, accommodation, reservations, etc.).

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in aviation and/or luxury travel/tourism is preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and/or luxury customer service.
  3. Effective interpersonal communication skills for dealing with colleagues, partners, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  5. Target-oriented with a dedication to exceeding performance metrics.
  6. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  7. Flexible to work shifts as required by operations.
  8. Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
  9. Fluent in English at least B2 level (ICAO Level 5).
  10. Legal right to live and work in Austria.
