Head Of Growth - EdTech (Full remote - French fluent 🇫🇷)

About the Role

This is a full‑time position conducted remotely or from our office in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.

Your Mission 🚀

Architect and pilot the revenue engine.

You will transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. You’ll lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how it’s done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch offer‑market fit.
  • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
  • Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on: map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, and ensure machine integrity before scaling budgets.
  • Relentless optimization: design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself; audit low‑converting pages and implement fixes immediately.
  • Explore and scale acquisition channels beyond paid social, overseeing performance and identifying new winning channels.
  • Build and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.
  • Lead the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM) as a sparring partner for strategy, copy angles, and technical execution.
  • Manage sales alignment and revenue quality: focus on appointments held and deals closed, prioritizing high‑intent leads and stopping low‑value campaigns.

Tools & KPIs

Tools you’ll master: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and more.

KPIs you’ll own: LTV / CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates by stage, and X experiments launched per week.

Desired Outcomes

  • Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.
  • Continuous growth experimentation.
  • A predictable growth engine.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
  • Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improve revenue, user activation, or conversion.

  • Curiosity: relentlessly dig into user behavior to uncover insights.

  • French: Native / Bilingual.
  • English: Fluent, with written communication in English.
