Technical Co-Founder (Equity Only) – HealthTech Platform (Speech & Mental Wellness)

I am looking for a technical co-founder to join me in building P4FP – Platform for Fluent Path, a web-based platform that connects people with speech and communication challenges to certified therapists, interactive tools, and a supportive online community.

Why I am Building This Business

I could not speak properly until I was 18 years old. I know what it is like to struggle to be heard, to express yourself, and to feel left out. I overcame it the hard way — mostly alone. Now I want to build the platform I wish I had: a supportive, accessible path for people with speech challenges to grow, connect, and thrive. Millions are still waiting for the help I needed. I know what they are going through, and I know how to help them.

Who I am Looking For

A full-stack developer who is ready to join as a co-founder and take full ownership of the technical side of the product. This is an equity-only role (no salary for now), with full ownership of the product’s technical development.

You should be comfortable with:

• React, Node.js, Firebase, or similar modern frameworks
• Building MVPs from scratch
• User authentication, dashboards, and real-time features
• Integrations for video sessions (Twilio, Jitsi, etc.) and payment systems (Stripe)
• Making scalable, secure backend decisions
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the courage to start something from scratch

Experience in healthtech, edtech, or social impact platforms is a big plus.
