We are looking for an exceptional Senior Property Manager / Relief Manager to join our growing team at Aurora Property.

About the Role

You will start as a Relief Manager, working closely with our Business Support Manager (20+ years' experience) to learn:

• PropertyMe processes
• Communication systems
• Routine & exit inspections
• Internal workflows & procedures

Once you’re fully comfortable, you will transition into your own well-structured portfolio.

150–165 properties

Full end-to-end management with full support

Dedicated Leasing Team – No viewings or processing

Dedicated New Business Team

Dedicated Trust Accountant – No trust accounting

Dedicated Administration Team – Very limited paperwork

Routines with assistance

Extremely well-supported, organised environment

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level PM experience (minimum 2–3 years)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn our systems
• Someone who loves property management but wants balance & support
