Managing Director (m/f/d)

Together with the Commercial Management, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company, ensuring the efficient achievement of business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Leadership: Develop and implement short and long-term corporate strategies in coordination with shareholders and the Management Board of the MERKUR GROUP. Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
2. Product Management and Development: Monitor and develop the product line, including conception and implementation of new gaming products (online and land-based). Coordinate with development and design teams to create innovative, marketable products.
3. Financial and Budget Responsibility: Collaborate with commercial management to prepare, monitor, and adhere to budgets, including cost optimization.
4. Marketing and Sales: Oversee market research and competitive analysis to improve the product range continuously.
5. Regulatory Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintain transparent, ethical business operations.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, game design, computer science, or related field.
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role with several years of leadership experience.
• IT affinity; industry knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Serbian, Polish) are advantageous.
• Strong social skills, confident demeanor, excellent communication, resilience, and service orientation.
