20 hours per week; will be increased to 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed.

  • Independent research in the area of Decentralised Autonomous Organizations
  • Independent teaching

  • Training and further education

Your profile:

  • Very good Master’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Management, or Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems
  • Strong knowledge in Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), blockchain governance, smart contracts, token-based incentive systems, decentralization, digital organizations
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative empiricism and netnography
  • Basic knowledge of sentiment analysis (BERT-based models) and topic modeling
  • PhD intention is expected
  • Please include written reflections on your dissertation project (max. 5 pages) with your application
  • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
