Thrive Collective are working with a well-established not-for-profit organisation that is entering an important new chapter. I wanted to reach out to senior leaders who may be reflecting on how their commercial experience could be applied in an upcoming role that creates real impact.

The organisation delivers large-scale commercial laundry services while creating meaningful employment pathways and long-term community outcomes.

The next General Manager will hold responsibility for both performance and purpose, leading an operation where financial discipline, operational excellence, and sustainability are essential to achieving impact.

It offers accountability for overall commercial performance, stewardship of key customer relationships, and the opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency in a values-led environment. The role also includes scope to strengthen systems, improve productivity, and position the organisation for long-term viability.
