As Head of ERP Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital backbone of the ALPLA Group. You are responsible for the strategic design, coordination, and global rollout of our Microsoft D365-based ERP landscape. This high‑impact role ensures consistent implementation success by driving organizational change, aligning stakeholders worldwide, and safeguarding solution standardization. What makes you great

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale, international ERP transformation programs
• Demonstrated leadership of solution architecture or ERP product ownership with experience managing diverse, international teams
• Advanced IT and ERP expertise, particularly in D365 or comparable platforms
• Strong project and process management capabilities with the ability to balance detail and “big picture” perspectives
• Solid experience in IT Service Management, strategic planning, and budgeting
• Deep understanding of cross‑functional (end‑to‑end) business processes and value creation
• Outstanding communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Business‑fluent in both German and English (written, verbal, presentation)
• Collaborative mindset and strong team player
