We are seeking an accomplished Director, Regional Sales to lead a high-performing enterprise sales team across the Alpine Region, based in Austria. You’ll join a visionary leadership team, supported by world-class technology and a culture built on collaboration, performance, and integrity.

What you’ll bring:

• 20+ years in sales, including 10+ years in leadership
• Proven success selling cybersecurity or networking technologies as NGFW, VPNs, SSO, DLP, Encryption, etc.
• Strong relationships with key resellers, national partners, and channel ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-performing sales teams
• Consistent record of exceeding targets and delivering outstanding results

This role is fully remote within Austria.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, managing a team of 8-10 Sales Managers and a comprehensive understanding of technology integration complexities. With a minimum of 10+ years in cybersecurity sales targeting major accounts.
