Senior Delivery Manager - Technical Readiness

This is a critical role for an experienced Delivery Manager - ITSM to join this renowned financial service organisation and work on a major system and platform launch.

As a key member of the technical readiness team, you will need to lead, plan, manage, and implement all aspects of the technical teams’ activities to ensure they can run and operate the system post go-live.

This is a broad role, and you’ll need to ensure that business continuity, ITSM, Incident playbook, tech controls, operating models, and support tools are all ready for go-live. This will involve planning, budgeting, resourcing, and extensive vendor management.

You'll be joining the program at a critical stage, and your stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence upward will be key.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Broad project delivery experience with a focus on platform & system ownership
• In-depth experience in ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks
• Skills in delivering large-scale technology transformation/replacements
• The ability to own Technical Operational Delivery
• A strong understanding of what it takes to ensure “technical readiness”
• Experience working on large-scale critical infrastructure is essential
