Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Opening for Oman Finance & Accounts Manager in Elevator company.

Looking for a suitable candidate currently working as Finance & Accounts Manager in Elevator / Lift / contracting business.

Age: 34 to 40 Years

Location: Oman

Budget: 25 lacs to 27 Lacs P.A + Family Accommodation + Transportation Free

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the lift and other contracting business.
    Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
  2. Financial Reporting:
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
    Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance.
  3. Cost Management:
    Monitor and control costs related to business operations, including maintenance, repairs, and overhead expenses.
    Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Fund Flow Management:
    Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and future investments.
    Implement cash flow forecasting and monitoring systems.
    Optimize working capital management strategies.
  5. Financial Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
    Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
    Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
  6. Team Management:
    Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
    Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
    Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  7. Corporate Tax and VAT related Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with Corporate Tax and VAT related returns timelines.
    Coordinate with Tax Authority to facilitate VAT and Tax assessment on time.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Chartered Accountant preferred.
  2. Proven experience of 12-15 years in finance and accounting roles, with a specific minimum of 5 years experience in lift or contracting business.
  3. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Have in-depth knowledge and working experience in Tally Software.
  7. Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
  8. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
