Our headquarters are in Vienna, and we operate numerous stores in Austria. We are currently seeking a Store Manager (m/w/d) for JACK&JONES - ELI Liezen, full-time, starting 15.09.2025.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel management topics and workforce planning
• Monitor and analyze KPIs
• Prepare clothing displays and placement at the point of sale
• Support the Visual Merchandiser
• Provide proactive and sales-driven customer service
• Work independently with initiative and contribute to daily business
• Assist the team with exchanges and complaints
• Open/close store and perform cash register reconciliation
• Co-responsibility for inventory and execution

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or relevant experience in a similar role
• Passion for fashion, trends and selling
• Reliability, punctuality and thoroughness
• Numerical aptitude and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented work style
• Good German, English is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and openness to new things
• Empathy, initiative and positive demeanor

Salary: Your gross monthly salary is based on the Handels-KV 2025 and starts at €2,471.00 gross for full-time work. Actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is aligned with the collective agreement.
