Ascend Recruit are seeking a confident and experienced Property Manager to join a professional, high-performing team in an award-winning Gold Coast office. Your Duties Will Include

• Managing a tidy portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties
• Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
• Conducting routine inspections and managing tenancy agreements
• Liaising with landlords and tenants, building strong relationships
• Arrears management and lease renewals
• Using property management software and staying compliant with legislation
• Working closely with a supportive admin and leasing team

About You

• At least 3 years of experience in Property Management
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using PM software
• A proactive, positive attitude and team-first mindset
