Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Budget responsibility for production assets
• Manage NPI projects
• Manage “crisis” incidents with product quality/customer
• Reporting of KPI’s to Top Management
• Align with all relevant departments and schedule action items
• Execute/supervise supplier meetings and visits (EMS)

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Science and Management

Experience:

• At least 2 years in similar role
• Understanding how an EMS is operating
• Knowledge of IPC standards for electronic manufacturing (IPC-A-610)
• Advanced ISO9001 knowledge

Skills:

• Good written and spoken skills in German / English
• Good Electronics and Mechanics skills
• Good understanding of Assembly and Manufacturing processes
• Willingness to travel
• Good understanding of production processes
• Solution-oriented working style

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3,175.00 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
