With a focus on sports, culture and lifestyle content, Red Bull Media House offers a wide range of premium media products across TV, mobile, digital, audio, and print.

We, as Media Technology & IT department, are responsible for all media technology within Red Bull Media House. We operate over a hundred different applications and tools; from our self-developed media platform to one of the most technically advanced TV studios in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • APPLYING AI: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world applications in media. Collaborate with creatives, editors, and content managers to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can make a difference—automating tasks, improving workflows, or unlocking new possibilities.
  • PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING: Transform ideas and prototypes into innovative, scalable, secure products with measurable value. Ensure AI-driven solutions are robust, user-friendly, compliant, and integrated into the enterprise stack.
  • RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: Drive innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies, developing proofs of concept, and scaling ideas into production-ready solutions with value-stream teams.
  • TEAM & CULTURE: Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and respectful culture, sharing knowledge and pushing boundaries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in user research and communicating with stakeholders to bridge user problems and AI implementations
  • Proven experience in developing AI-powered solutions from research to production
  • Strong foundation in modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling, especially Generative AI (prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs, fine-tuning)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (prefer AWS) and LLMops & MLOps pipelines
  • Expertise in model optimization and evaluation techniques for robust AI workflows
  • Solid Python skills and experience with modern software engineering practices (version control, code reviews, pair programming, testing)
  • Interest in Agentic AI and agentic architectures
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills, proactive, collaborative with cross-functional teams
  • Able to move fast in loosely defined environments with competing priorities
  • Willing to own problems end-to-end and fill knowledge gaps as needed
  • Affinity for media and broadcast domain is a plus

Salary & Diversity

Salary: Due to legal reasons, we disclose the minimum salary €2446 gross per month; compensation is market-oriented and above the minimum.
