What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Design and evolve the architecture that connects our PLM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems.
• Bridge Engineering, Innovation, and IT to ensure smooth data flow and efficient processes.
• Define integration standards and guide how digital tools interact across the development cycle.
• Drive initiatives that turn disconnected systems into a unified, data-driven ecosystem.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that make product development faster, smarter, and more transparent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams on system design and digital strategy.

What makes you great

• Solid background in digital product development or engineering IT (PLM, CAD, CAM, ERP).
• Experience with platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
• A strong architectural mindset – you can see the big picture and design scalable solutions.
• Skilled in data integration, system consolidation, and translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Understanding of development processes in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Independent, analytical, and eager to build what’s next.
