Your role

Your role as a Fullstack Engineer

• Design and develop scalable backend services in Java to manage millions of OneAgent processes
• Build modern, responsive frontend apps using React to visualize and control agent behavior
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers across locations to deliver high-impact features
• Tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, performance, and data visualization
• Actively participate in code reviews, learn from others and share knowledge
• Develop your skillset and help mentor other team members

Your role as Team Captain

• Leading an engineering team
• Mentoring and growing your team
• Empowering them to take on more responsibilities
• Conducting 1-2-1s with meaningful feedback to support careers
• Working closely with the team\'s product owner to prioritize features
• Supporting recruitment processes including leading technical interviews
• Supporting leadership with input for performance management and goal setting
• Advocating Dynatrace\' culture, promoting its values and principles within the team

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development with strong skills in Java, React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience leading an engineering team including 1-2-1s and goal setting
• Experience with large-scale systems and performance optimization
• Proven track record of delivering Java/React Fullstack product features
• Proactive and enabling mindset with a passion for clean, extensible and maintainable code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Compensation

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with benefits.
• Due to legal reasons, we disclose the minimum salary for this position as €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. Higher salaries are offered in line with qualifications and experience.
