Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Do you want to develop smart and innovative solutions for our customers in Consulting – Supply Chain & Network Operations? Our team advises along the entire supply chain, deals with software engineering, and helps to fulfill regulatory requirements.

As a Solution Consultant (m/f/d), you will advise clients on the strategic, organizational, and process-related realignment of the value chain – thus contributing to the sustainable optimization of business processes and increasing competitiveness.

• Digitalization: You will support your clients in developing a digitalization strategy and using innovative technologies by KNAPP.
• Consulting: Together with your team, you will develop future-oriented solutions for complex issues and provide concrete recommendations for implementation.
• Support: You will support the implementation and moderation of customer meetings and workshops, document results, and present them to the customer.
• Analysis: You will create quantitative analyses and formulate recommendations for action based on the results.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Master’s degree and exceptional academic record.
• Initial experience in supply chain management (e.g., logistics strategy, network design, transportation, warehouse optimization, supply chain planning and management, supply chain modeling).
• Proven leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities (> 7-10 years).
• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on assignments in Europe and the US during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local language.
