Key Responsibilities
Coach and support multiple development teams in agile methodologies, serving as an Agile Coach.
Promote an agile work culture and mindset.
Shape and improve working methods and processes to increase efficiency and innovation.
Identify and resolve conflicts and impediments to ensure continuous development and productivity.
Organize and facilitate agile events—including workshops, retrospectives, strategy and planning meetings.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to support strategic direction and product vision.
Qualifications
Experience as an agile coach or in a comparable agile leadership role.
Strong organizational talent and excellent communication and moderation skills.
Enjoy working in a team‑oriented environment with a strong knowledge of human nature.
Interest in Scrum, Kanban and Flight Levels, and enjoyment of working with them.
Ideally completed coaching training.
Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level or higher).

A salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and market – the minimum gross annual salary for 38.5 hours per week starts at EUR 37,500.
