As a railway company specializing in infrastructure construction, we are looking for a new team member to join immediately at the locationFeldkirchen near Graz.

Activities

• Management and control of the operational department in the area of rail logistics
• Ensuring the implementation of company and departmental goals
• Personnel planning, deployment and shift planning
• Organisation and implementation of training courses in accordance with Section 14 of the ASchG
• Ensuring compliance with AZG, ARG and employee protection regulations
• Implementation of the requirements of the integrated management system (IMS)
• Preparation and participation in internal and external audits
• Implementation and follow-up of staff training

Requirements

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in rail logistics
• Specialist experience and completed training in railway operations and railway transport
• Very good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and legal sources
• Very good IT skills (MS 365)
• Basic knowledge of EisbG, ASchG, AZG, ARG
• High resilience, self-organization and structured working methods
• Leadership skills and experience in employee management
• Strong social and communication skills
• Motivation and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving skills and decisiveness
• Negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking

Based on the collective agreement for employees in railway companies, we offer a salary of€ 5.000,– including 20 hours of overtime according to the collective agreement with willingness to pay more.
