Senior Property Manager – Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Standing Local Agency

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our established team. This is a new role within our senior property management team, created due to recent growth. The role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to take ownership of a portion of a well‑managed portfolio with admin support – no routines or inspections.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Strong understanding of Queensland property management legislation
• Current QLD driver’s licence
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first approach
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities
• Strong written communication, professional presentation, and a commitment to excellence
• Willingness to attend ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

• Property Tree Experience
